I appreciated how the hotel looked, excellent place. I had a deluxe room that was complete with a kettle and spacious bathroom, plus the balcony. the meals were fresh. You guys made my stay great. The hotel's appearance was pleasing, and my deluxe room was well-equipped with amenities.

Loved having a clean bathroom with a kettle, central heating, and a work desk in our deluxe room. If we had more time, we'd definitely come back without thinking twice! 🌟.

Perfect experience there. An excellent hotel with pleasant staff. Absolutely perfect and magnificent location for visiting restaurants and bars. A great selection of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

the breakfast had lots of amazing food and drinks. the room was new-fashioned and reasonably large when upgraded with kettle, bedside tables, comfortable bed.

We were there for 4 nights, overall had a just perfect stay. Its location not too far from Porta Santa Maria was perfect and excellent. the hotel was a nice place for enjoying a downtown area. the property was located nearby the train station.

Breakfast had a great variety and was amazing, while all the staff were friendly and kind.

The venue is excellent, located right next to a grocery store and close to all the tourist attractions.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming little B&B in the heart of a bustling city. The hotel is conveniently located near an underground station, making it easy to reach several tourist hotspots. I had an amazing stay at B&B Exa Rooms - Just Rome! The owner, Francesca, was incredibly nice and helpful throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a private bathroom. The kitchen was well-stocked with snacks and drinks, and the small outdoor lounge was a great place to relax with my travel companions. The location was also fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the metro station and not too crowded. I would highly recommend B&B Exa Rooms - Just Rome for a wonderful stay in Rome.
